Hi Good Day!
I have been an active employee since 1997 until 2020, and I was confident that my previous employers were paying my monthly contribution. However, I just found out that my Pag-ibig and SSS are not eligible for any benefits when I tried sending a benefit application online because I did not meet the number of contributions. I am already 47 years old and currently unemployed. Due to the pandemic, I was forced to stay at home because I had senior parents who had already passed away last year. I need help. I don't know how and where to start.
