You may seek the DOLE's Single Entry Approach. (SEnA).

Single Entry Approach is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure for all issues/complaints arising from employer-employee relations to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes.

You may approach the DOLE Regional Office or Field Office near you.
Anent the beating you experienced with the staff of your employer, this is a police matter which necessitates the filing of a criminal and civil case.
