Good day! I'd like to request for a documentation regarding my employer, Delonix Marketing Corporation, if they were able to submit an establishment report, specifically the RKS Form of of 2020. 

This is to confirm if they're able to send this document and duly notify DOLE about my employment updated to "floating status."

The document will be used during the arbitration of DOLE between me and my current company.

You asked for Establishment Report Form of Delonix Marketing Corporation December 2023.

It is with deep regret that we could not grant your request as it falls on one of the exemptions provided in the FOI.

 "Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory, or quasi-judicial powers;" is considered as part of information restricted for access of the general public.
