1. List of the 44 State Universities and Colleges interested in the KIST Park project of PEZA and DOST
2. Top 10 SUC with idle/vacant lots inside their school campus
3. Budget allocation of PEZA or DOST for the project
4. Guidelines on planning and designing and/or space requirements of the KIST Park facilities
