Greetings!
Please be informed that the DOST is not declaring S&T communities. If the requester is referring to the implementation of the DOST's Smart and Sustainable Communities Program, we are identifying partner Local Government Units (LGUs) / communities for the program wherein the initial target is at least one (1) LGU per province or 80 LGUs nationwide.
The list of the partner LGUs is being finalized and targeted for release on 25 November 2023 during the Smart and Sustainable Communities Program session in the National S&T Week.
Meantime, the requester may visit the iSCENE website: https://iscene.ph/about-us/ for development updates on the program.
Some initial activities with LGUs are featured in the website under "Events" Tab.
