Hi DOST,

Good Day!

I understand that non-DOST S&T personnel maybe granted with the beneifts under Section 8 of RA 8439, subject that the personnel must be granted an eligibility granted by the DOST Secretary.

I tried to look for the conditions in your website but it keeps me directing to a broken link. (https://www.dost.gov.ph/products-and-services/certification-of-eligibility-of-non-dost-system-s-t-personnel-under-r-a-no-8439.html)

In this regard, may I request for the IRR or guidelines for the granting of said eligibility.
