I would like to inquire if there is an available DOST  testing laboratory in Region XII or nearby region that conducts Water Quality Testing with the following parameters:

Fecal Coliform
BOD5
Chloride
Color, True
Dissolved Oxygen (DO)
Nitrate, as NO3-N
pH 
Phosphate, Reactive
Temperature
Total Suspended Solids (TSS)

A response would be highly appreciated.
