In response to the request of Ms. Mallorca for the list of scientific publications related to research and development in Region VII for data-driven planning and policy formulation in ICT, we regret to inform you that we do not have direct access to the specific list of scientific publications she is seeking. 

However, we would like to provide you with information on the initiatives we are currently undertaking in the field of research and development.

At the DOST VII, we have been conducting regional surveys aimed at collecting data on financial and human resources allocated to R&D. These efforts are part of our commitment to support the national office in monitoring the country’s Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) initiatives, with a specific focus on research and development. The results of these surveys are documented in the Compendium of S&T Statistics (as of Aug 2021).
