Hi, I would like to inquire whether the previously imposed travel ban for DOST scholars and graduates has been lifted. 

Additionally, could you confirm whether individuals falling under this category are still required to obtain clearance from DOST when traveling abroad for leisure purposes, even if the duration is only for a few days?
