Hi! I am Jeremy Tan, a fourth-year undergraduate student. We are currently working on our thesis about flood forecasting in the Marikina River.  In a previous paper that we used as a reference for our study, the researchers used the following link (Predict Server, data from EFCOS-MMDA): ttp://repo.pscigrid.gov.ph/predict
to get rainfall and discharge data along the Marikina River Basin.
I wanted to know if there is an updated link since the link above is already unavailable. Thank you!
