Hi, I would like to inquire about the travel ban imposed on DOST scholars. I was a DOST scholar who graduated college in 2014 and completed the return service but have not submitted the requirements yet for clearance. I am planning to have a short vacation abroad later this year. What are the requirements needed in order to have clearance to travel abroad?
