1.Is it possible to propose a Regional Coast Guard Academy even though there is a proposal to establish a National Philippine Coast Guard Academy?
2.I’m proposing a Regional Coast Guard Academy for Region IV- B MIMAROPA. Is it possible to build it in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, considering it is recognized as the regional center of MIMAROPA.
3. Can I have an additional or supporting data that will help in this thesis propasal?
4.If it’s possible to build, would it be acceptable if the site is not directly situated along the coastal are
