For item number 1, we were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Memorandum Circular: https://ltfrb.gov.ph/memorandum-circular-no-2017-030-guidelines-for-off-street-terminal-operations-under-department-order-no-2017-011-otherwise-known-as-the-omnibus-franchising-guidelines/.

For item number 2, we only have list of intermodal terminal under the  DOTr.

1. Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
