Hi! I am a current 4th year student taking up BSIT in Pangasinan State University, San Carlos City Campus. My team is conducting a study related to the development of tricycle ride hailing application. Would you please help us know how many registered tricycle operators and drivers association (TODA) are there in our municipality?
