Good day!
We are students from Department of Geodetic Engineering, UP - Diliman. We are currently conducting our thesis on pedestrian simulation on Nepa Q-Mart EDSA Carousel Station.
With that, we are asking for the process if for permission to set up a camera to record pedestrian movement on Nepa Q-Mart EDSA Carousel Station and its corresponding footbridge.
Please specify details on who to contact and who should we address certain letters. We plan to collect data within the first quarter of 2024.

Relative to your inquiry, please be apprised that requests concerning the EDSA Busway Project shall be directed to the Office of the Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure as the office handles the monitoring, regulation, and development of the project. With this, you may send a Letter of Request addressed to the Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure through email at ourti@dotr.gov.ph and/or edsabusway.pmo@dotr.gov.ph expressing your intention, purpose, as well as other relevant details regarding your request to to set up a camera at the Nepa Q-Mart EDSA Carousel Station.
