I am a master student from the University of Padua (Italy) and I am currently doing my thesis on the transport plans during the term of Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. Part of my thesis is the analysis of the documents related to transport during that time.

May I know how to gain access to them. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
