This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Revised Standard Pay Item List.

Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, (santiago.andro@dpwh.gov.ph cc: mejia.sarah_joy@dpwh.gov.ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the pay item that you wish to have an information and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 11, 2024 07:48:00 AM, your request will be closed.
