Good Day, Engineers! 

We, the students of the University of the Cordilleras currently taking up BS Civil Engineering, would like to  request for the Infrastructure Project Plan of the ongoing road and/or drainage construction in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Especially the following listed below:

1) Project Scope
2) Proposed Time Length
3)  Detours per Location
4) Phase Plan

The information that will be shared will be useful for our Project Study. Additional information that would be given would be a great help too.
