Hi! I am Engr. Gaskell Francia of LANDBANK under the Project Management and Engineering Dept (PMED). I would like to request for the latest copy of Construction Cost (detailed scope of works and total areas) of completed Public Markets and Slaughter Houses last 2022 to 2023 since we are in the process of updating our ECCR. The said cost will form  part of our reference in preparing valuation.

Please be informed that we do not own the data being requested, the DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. You may want to coordinate this with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the City or Municipality that you want to focus on your research.
