Good day!

I would like to ask for assistance in securing for the copy of the DPWH Memorandum dtd. 15 April 2014 entitled “Deferment of Implementation of ISO 9000 Certification Requirement for Large “A”. Medium “B” and Medium “A” contractors of DPWH”.

We tried finding the same with the DPWH website but their records is only as dating back 2018. Thank you.
