Hi Mam/Sir,

Subic Bay metropolitan Authority (SBMA) respectfully request for an updated Parametric cost per square meter. We were advised during our Seminar conducted by the DPWH for the Design and Build Concept, that the parametric cost is being updated every 3 years. The last was in 2018.

SBMA will construct a 13-storey commercial leasable spaces, office spaces and in-building parking area. The Design and Build Committee is now in the process of completing the Terms of Reference (TOR) for Consulting Services and thus, the need for the said updated parametric cost.
