Good day! I am writing to request a soft copy of the latest data of DPWH Construction Material Price List for the 1st quarter of year 2024 in Region IV-A and Region III. May we also request for the updated labor rates for 2024. We intend to use the data as the basis for on-going projects cost estimation located at parts of Region IV-A and Region III. This will also serve as reference for future and potential projects in accordance with the standards and conduct value engineering.
