Hi! I am currently a Civil Engineering student and I would like to request for a copy of any residential plan with complete detail and bill of quantities and must be in A3 format for a subject requirement.

Residential Plan must have:

-Architectural Detail
-Structural Detail
-Electrical Detail
-Plumbing Detail
-Bill of Quantities and Estimate

You asked for Complete Plan of a Residential Building with Bill of Quantities.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. You may wish to contact the Building Officials of any City or Municipality regarding to your request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and bonoan.manuel@dpwh.gov.ph . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
