Your Request

You asked for DWPH Blue Book Volume 2 2021.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide your request inasmuch as we are not authorized to distribute the electronic copies of the said Bluebook and Standard Specifications. The Department only allows distribution of the hard copies of both and retails it for the price of Php 1,600.00 per book.

You may call our Supply and Property Management Division to purchase the said book through these contact numbers: 5304-3257 and 5304-3533.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
