Hi! Good day. Could I please request the manual the DPWH agency uses for calculating level of service (LOS) on highways? We are conducting research for our thesis and need to analyze LOS calculations for both carriageways and intersections during peak hours and non-peak hours. This information would be valuable in identifying the LOS of the specific highway we are studying. Thank you for assistance.
