Good day! I am a 4th year civil engineering student from Technological Institute of the Philippines and I would like to request a soil report of Brgy. Sta Cruz Antipolo City for study purposes.

This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Soil Report of Brgy. Santa Cruz Antipolo Rizal.

Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, (santiago.andro@dpwh.gov.ph cc: mejia.sarah_joy@dpwh.gov.ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the purpose of your request. Please be informed that there might be a chance that we cannot provide you with the soil report for the exact location, but we will provide you with the nearest one. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
