Good day! I am Lyka Marie L. Desepeda, a fifth year architecture student at the University of Batangas in Lipa City taking up Architectural Design 10 (AD 110).

May I request for these pertinent data and other related facts or information that could help me in my study:

1. Spaces guidelines for the laboratory
2. Design requirements of laboratory

Dear Lyka Marie Desepeda,

This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Spaces Guidelines and Design Requirements of laboratory.

Please be informed that we do have an approved conceptual design architectural plan (floor plan, elevations, section and perspective) of laboratory for materials testing. If this satisfies with your request kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, (santiago.andro@dpwh.gov.ph cc: mejia.sarah_joy@dpwh.gov.ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the information/data needed and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
