I am currently working on my capstone. In this regard, I would like to request the latest information on the following for the years 2018–2023:

1. Annual Average Daily Traffic along C.M. Recto Avenue and Osmeña Street along CDO National Highway
2. Vehicular count per vehicle type per lane along C.M. Recto Avenue and Osmeña Street along CDO National Highway

Dear Ms. CATHLENE JAY ABALOS,

This refers to your letter of Jan 20, 2024 01:57:46 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Vehicular count per vehicle type per lane along C.M. Recto Avenue and Osmeña Street along CDO Nation.

As per our coordination with Bureau of Quality and Safety, Regarding item no. 1, we do not have traffic data along Osmeña Street because it is a local street. We can provide data for CM Recto Avenue, which is a National Road. For item no. 2, we do not have the per-lane traffic data for our AADT data of national roads. We can provide the AADT but it is not per lane.

If you wish to continue with your request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V.
