Dear Mr. Raffy Panganoron,

This refers to your letter of Jan 12, 2024 04:49:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Construction Materials Price Data for the years 2020,2021,2022,2023,2024.

Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,(santiago.andro@dpwh.gov.ph cc: chua.mary_ann@dpwh.gov.ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
