I would like to request an a soft copy of as-built plan of the drainage system along with drainage specifications and drainage network map of Felix Ave., Cainta, Rizal. 

This data will be used for undergraduate thesis, entitled "PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF FELIX AVENUE, CAINTA RIZAL USING STORM WATER MANAGEMENT MODEL (SWMM)".

Dear Mr. Drewharie Stevenson Orantoy,

This refers to your letter of Jan 18, 2024 11:56:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Drainage System Map and Drainage Parameters along Felix Ave., Cainta, Rizal.

As per our coordination with DPWH Regional Office No. IV-A and Rizal 1st District Engineering Office, we do not have Drainage System Map along Felix Ave., Cainta, Rizal. While, with regards to Drainage Paramaters along Imelda Ave. We can only provide the Length based on the Road and Bridge Information Application (RBIA).

If you wish to continue with your request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,(santiago.andro@dpwh.gov.ph cc: chua.mary_ann@dpwh.gov.ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.

Due to the unavailability of Felix Ave. parameters. I would like to request another data for the change location. The as-built plan of the drainage system along with drainage specifications and drainage network map of Quezon Ave., Quezon City. after confirmation about this request, I will immediately process my endorsement letter regarding this request.
