Good day! We are from the Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City, fourth-year students taking Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). Please accept this letter of inquiry in which we ask permission to acquire information on the El Hogar Filipino Building to complete our capstone design. This structure is located at El Hogar Filipino Building, Mlle. dela Industria, Binondo, Manila, 1006 Metro Manila We request access to the most recent data of the following: 
1. As-built Structural Plan 
2. Architectural Plan 
3. Geotechnical Report 
4. Structure's History Data
