We are one of private construction company that is also involved with DPWH-PPP Projects. In order for us to gain more knowledge, we would like to know the TOR of the Iloilo-Capiz-Aklan Expressway.

Dear Ms. Issah Mae Sanosa,

This refers to your letter of Jan 18, 2024 04:03:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TOR of proposed ICAEx (Iloilo-Capiz-Aklan Expressway).
