A third-year social work student from Cavite State University requests permission to access the number of case management in a month or year of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office in Cavite. The information will be used for a research study on the experiences of social workers in selected MSWDOs. The student assures that all data will be kept confidential and used solely for the thesis.
