To whom it may concern, I'm writing to request information regarding the following:

1) A list of DSWD facilities dedicated to aftercare services for individuals released from correctional facilities. Specifically, I am interested in facilities that house intervention programs aimed at effective reintegration and relapse prevention for these individuals.

2) Could you please clarify whether these facilities are exclusively designated for the aforementioned clientele?
