18 January 2024 Dear Ms. ABSALON, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 17 January 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request 1.Number of Affected Individuals with natural and human-induced calamities; 2.Number of Casualties (rescued, missing, injured and death) during imapact of hazards; 3.Number of Affected Municipalities with natural and human-induced calamities provided by relief good and other interventions such as food items, non-food items, and financial assistance. Response to your request We are constrained to deny your request because the subject data is among the exceptions provided in Section 1, item 6.2 of Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01, series of 2003 or the DSWD FOI Agency Manual.
