Magandang araw po sa inyo!
    Ako po si Patrick Ian Almeria nakatira sa Bo. Sta. Maria Paco Manila. Ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong mabuting puso para makahingi ng tulong para sa operasyon ng aking partner na si Joan Musni 32y/o para sa kanyang operasyon sa Philippine Heart Center na nadiagnose ng Rheumatic heart disease. Kami po ay naabisuhan ng doctor sa para sa kanyang agaran operasyon na nagkakahalagang 400,000 pesos, ngunit kami po ay walang kakayahan para sa pambayad sa nasabing operasyon. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po kami para sa operasyon ng aking partner.
