I refer to my letter of Dec 07, 2023 07:48:23 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Center for Women and Children - DSWD.

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, upon review of the submitted requirements, failed to provide your contact information.Thus, we find your request incomplete and did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.

Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:

1.Number of reported cases of violence against women and children in Cebu City (2016-2023);
2.List of centers for referrals on victims of violence against women and children in Cebu City and the number of victims accepted in each center (2016-2023);
3.The capacity of accepted victims for each center, the floor plans and site development plan of each center;
4.List of programs and services for victim on violence against women and children in Cebu City;
5.The victim-employee ratio for each center; and 
6.Schedule of activities of the center;
