I refer to my letter of Nov 22, 2023 11:49:26 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Camarines Sur, Naga City Number of Evacuees Affected by Earthquake from 2021-2023.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, upon review of the submitted requirements, failed to provide your contact information.Thus, we find your request incomplete and did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned. RE: Request Follow-up
DSWD FOI reached out to me through a text message on December 29, 2023 informing me that my requested document was ready but my email address was invalid. They requested for a valid one in order to successfully complete the transaction--which I immediately and gladly did. I am writing to you to humbly follow up my request because I since then have not heard from your office.

It was verified by our institution that there was a problem in the college's g-mail domain over the holidays. It has now been, however resolved. Thus, you may now successfully send the requested information on my original g-mail address: sdboroc@astean.biscast.edu.ph
