Dear Department of Social Welfare and Development,

I am writing to seek your help and assistance regarding my son father's lack of financial support this situation has been causing me a great deal of distress. Despite repeated request, my son father has failed to provide adequate support for our child. I am struggling to make ends meet and provide for my son needs, especially as he grow older the expenses increase.
I need your assistance in ensuring that my son father fulfills his responsibilities and provides adequate support for our son.
