Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 11:12:28 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2022 Expanded National Nutrition Survey and 2021 Expanded National Nutrition Survey.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information for the 2021 NNS result from this link: http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/presentation.php?year=2021.  The 2022 result however, is due for presentation in the 49th FNRI Seminar Series on July 5-6, 2023 at the Dusit Hotel. You may register using this link if you wanted to attend in person: https://fss.fnri.dost.gov.ph/index.php

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Renato U. Solidum, Jr.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
