Hi I`am Melvin Bernardino a Filipino Dietitian, I want to ask for the data set for the
 
1. Clinical Health Survey
2. Dietary Survey 
3.  Anthropometry data set 

of Filipino adult (Adults, 20-59 years old and Elderly, 60 years old and above) for the latest National Nutrition Survey. I am using this for my paper as a doctorate student here in Italy. 

I am a DOST-PCHRD fully funded scholar. Hoping for your positive response.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Renato U. Solidum, Jr.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
