I would like to request data on malnutrition prevalence in Calamba Laguna from 2008-2018 to serve as background information for my thesis outline.

You requested for Malnutrition prevalence in Calamba, Laguna.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/facts-and-figures.php. Our survey results can only provide up to regional estimates only.  We do not have any provincial level prevalences.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
