We have identified certain discrepancies and omissions in the Bid Data Sheet that require clarification. Specifically, we are seeking guidance on the following issues:

1.Is it permissible under existing procurement laws, regulations, and guidelines to rectify the RA 9184 provided Bid Data Sheet ?
2. In the standard Bid Data Sheet, we have observed that there is an omission of certain clauses.
3. Can we request if there is updated Bid Data Sheet that we can download and use?
