Inquiry Regarding Lack of Specific Time Period for Delivery in Bidding

Requested from GPPB by A. HFHF at 10:44 AM on Jan 05, 2024.
Purpose: Research
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2024 - 01/05/2024
Tracking no: #GPPB-318648883207

HFHF 10:44 AM, Jan 05, 2024

Upon careful review of the bidding documents, it has come to our attention that there is no specific time period mentioned for the delivery of goods/services as part of the contractual requirements.

Is it a requirement under existing procurement laws, regulations, and guidelines for bidding documents to specify a specific time period for the delivery of goods/services?

If there is an omission in the bidding documents regarding the delivery timeline, what steps should our organization take to rectify this situation and ensure compliance with relevant procurement standards?
