Hi. In addition to what I requested awhile ago, I would like to seek clarification on the difference between the Consolidated PPMP and Indicative APP (or APP)?
Do we also need to state all the inclusions required under Section 7.3.2 of the 2016 Revised I.R.R. of RA9184 in the Consolidated PPMP or APP? Do we state them on a per project basis? 
Requesting please for a sample copy of your Consolidated PPMP for reference.
We just received a COA AOM on the matter. Thank you.

Consolidated PPMP is the Annual Procurement Plan.  Indicative APP is the consolidated PPMP containing the programs, activities, and projects included in the budget proposal for the following budget year. 

For your reference, you may check Section 7 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184.
