Under Section 7.3.2 of the IRR, the PPMP is required inclusions such as a) the contracting out, etc. of the PAPs; b) type/objective of the contract; c) extent/size; d) proc. methods indicating if to be outsourced. The GPPB-prescribed PPMP form, however, does not provide a column for the input of these info.  This is to request a sample copy of your PPMP for us to follow since we are required by our management to complete the necessary data.
