Sir/Madam: May I inquire if the Bid Supplement issued 3days before the bid opening issued by DepEd Baguio City is valid? they send tru email the Bid Supplement No.002-2020 dated Nov.20,2020 on Nov.20,2020@ 4:25PM and the content of the Bid Supplement is the Rescheduling of the dropping and opening of bids from Nov.23,2020 to Nov.27,2020.Thank you very much.
