Great day!

May we request from your good office the guidelines (issuance or circular) on the submission of annual procurement plan (CSE, Non-CSE, and Indicative) for FY 2023 and FY 2024. Please clarify with us where to send (emails) the annual procurement plan.

We have submitted prior to deadline our APP for FY 2023 but we were not part of the Positive List of Agencies Compliant with the Submission of the FY 2023 APP.
