Hi! I would to request my BP Number on GSIS. I already submitted my Membership Information System to our office.

Since BP Number is one of the personal identifications of the member with us, it is safer that you personally inquire it with your Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) who is the one requesting for the creation of member’s accounts with the GSIS.
