Requesting for a refund.

1. I paid in full my emergency loan last June/July 2023. This emergency loan has a monthly mortgage of Php 1, 311.12. Surprisingly I was deducted twice and was posted as an advance payment for my existing emergency loan. This existing emergency loan has a monthly amortization of around Php 600.00 and first deduction is scheduled on November 2023. The contact center saw that I have a refund request since July but none has been credited yet.

2. My GFAL has been paid in full around August 2023. Business center said I will be recieving a refund. No refund yet.
